Trueicp LLC, based in the United States, operates TrueICP and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This policy explains how we handle it. You can reach the TrueICP team through our contact form.
Information you share
When you request help with an event, we collect your name, email address, company website, event name or link, the description you provide, and any optional event-list attachment. The contact form collects your name, email, selected topic and message. We also record the submission time, originating page or event guide and notification status.
Provide details relevant to your request. Share attachments you have permission to provide and include only information needed for the event-list review.
How we use it
- Respond to questions and service requests.
- Understand your requirements and prepare a proposal.
- Maintain correspondence and handle privacy requests.
- Protect our forms against abuse and repeated submissions.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, responding to service requests supports steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. Handling correspondence and protecting the website support our legitimate interests in operating the service. Submitting a form is voluntary; we need contact details and a message to respond.
Technical information
Hosting and delivery providers process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to serve and secure the website. Our form protection stores a salted hash of a network identifier with request counts. A hash is a pseudonymous identifier and is treated as technical data.
Our website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request the font files. See Cookies & site technology for more information.
Service providers and storage
Vercel hosts the website and runs form processing. Neon stores submissions and optional attachments privately. Resend delivers notifications and uploaded files to our team, and our business email provider stores the resulting correspondence. These providers receive the information needed for their role. Processing may take place outside your country, including in the United States.
Inquiry information is used for responding to you and operating the service. The current website has no advertising audiences or mailing-list enrollment.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on whether an inquiry is active, whether an ongoing business relationship exists, and whether records are needed for security, legal or dispute-handling purposes. The current system retains submissions and email correspondence until they are reviewed or deleted; an automatic expiry period has yet to be set. You can ask us to review or delete your information through the contact form.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to certain uses, or request a portable copy. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the privacy request form to explain your request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on it.
Policy updates
We will update this page when our website or data-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
